At 0629, it’s 35o. We took Buddy out to Weeping Willow Kennel. At 1100 we drove to Margaret’s and transferred the luggage to her car. I backed it into the ramp and broke the left tail light, so we transferred the luggage back to our car and left for Baltimore. Lunch was at Snappers Water Front Restaurant in Cambridge. We all had the cup of Cream of Crab soup (5.95). Lyd and Margaret each had the Crab Cake Sandwich (14.95) and Tom had a Tilapia sandwich (9.50). Lyd took over the driving and Tom the navigation for the drive, in the rain, to the Staybridge Suites near BWI. There we learned that we can leave the car here at the hotel and they’ll take us in the shuttle to the airport tomorrow morning. There’s a charge, but it’s less than the cost to park at the airport. With no in-house restaurant, we ordered 14” of “Mama’s Favorite” from Mamma Mia’s Pizza (free delivery with an $8 minimum order). The ladies watched something about cats on the Animal Planet, so I put my headphones on and listened to FSU’s baseball team get shut out by Maryland 5-0. | ||||||||||||
