COMMISSIONER'S ACADEMIC CHALLENGE at WALT DISNEY WORLD

I'm officiating at the Commissioner's Academic Challenge at the Coronado Springs Hotel at Walt Disney World. Margaret is with us again and we're staying at Bay Lake Tower.

Lunch at The Brown Derby. Although his name tag said he was Alex, from Orlando, our server's true identity was Darrin, from Detroit. We shared a bottle of Fess Parker Riesling (37). We each had a bowl of the Creamy White Onion Soup with a Brie Crostini, sweet Balsamic Onions, and Basil Oil (8@). Bringing our previous experience on-line, knowing the size of the portions, the three of us split a double order of “Our Famous Cobb Salad” with finely-chopped greens, turkey breast, bacon, egg, tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, avocado, chives, and Cobb Dressing (15@).
