Dinner at Citricos. Malek was off so we drew Gwen as our server. With Phillip in New Jersey, Cory was the sous chef and he presented us with a nice amuse bouche. Lyd had a Skye Martini (7.50) and I joined Margaret in having a Mango Margarita. We also had a bottle of Valckenberg Gewurztraminer, Pfalz ’08 (39). Gwen, Cory, and Viviana surprised Margaret with a Princess Gift Box with autographs from all the Disney Princesses and all the Citricos Chefs. I started with a Romaine Salad while the ladies each had the Gateau of Crab. As Phillip had recommended, we all had the short ribs. The finale was another birthday surprise for Margaret.
