COMMISSIONER'S ACADEMIC CHALLENGE at WALT DISNEY WORLD

I'm officiating at the Commissioner's Academic Challenge at the Coronado Springs Hotel at Walt Disney World. Margaret is with us again and we're staying at Bay Lake Tower.

Dinner at Citricos. Malek was off so we drew Gwen as our server. With Phillip in New Jersey, Cory was the sous chef and he presented us with a nice amuse bouche. Lyd had a Skye Martini (7.50) and I joined Margaret in having a Mango Margarita. We also had a bottle of Valckenberg Gewurztraminer, Pfalz ’08 (39). Gwen, Cory, and Viviana surprised Margaret with a Princess Gift Box with autographs from all the Disney Princesses and all the Citricos Chefs. I started with a Romaine Salad while the ladies each had the Gateau of Crab. As Phillip had recommended, we all had the short ribs. The finale was another birthday surprise for Margaret. As always, dinner at Citricos is special.
