We invited the Pivack Family: Gena, Eana and their son, Vlad, and Ineya (Eana's niece) to join us for a week at Disney World. Unfortunately, only Eana and Vlad would be able to come, but a refusal by the US Embassy in Kiev has cancelled the project.
Tue, Feb 15 In a devastating turn of events, the US Embassy in Kiev has denied Eana and Vlad visas to visit the US. It appears they believe that Eana, if granted a visa, will not go home. I've cancelled all the reservations.
Thu, Feb 10 I booked the Orlando Airport Marriott for two rooms for the night of June 11 when we will all arrive. As soon as we return from the February trip, I'll book our flights and get their park tickets.
Tue, Feb 08 We have a copy of Teresa's letter inviting Eana and Vlad to Jacksonville. She will pick them up in Orlando on the 17th of June and return them to Orlando for their departure. Whereas Eana and Vlad will arrive on the 11th of June, we will fly down then, as well.
Sat, Jan 8 Eana and I Skyped for about 90 minutes on flight arrangements and how to involve Teresa in the trip.

Fri, Dec 31 Teresa Hadley, Jacksonville, wants to participate in the visit and we are trying to make that happen.
Mon, Sep 13 Eana says the tickets are too expensive and Gena won't be coming. Eneya may have an end-of-year test and her plans are undecided, as well.
Wed, Aug 18 We skyped with Eana about their visas and their plans to include the Grand Canyon in their trip.
Tue, Jul 13 I called DVC and reserved a two bedroom BayLake view room at Bay Lake Towers.
Thu, May 20 Eana asked if Ineya, her niece, could join the group and we agreed.
Fri, May 14 Eana accepted our invitation.
Tue, May 04 We invited Eana, Gena and Vlad to come to Disney World next summer.
