Bret was born as Tropical Depression 2 on Sunday, July 17 at 1700, north of the Bahamas, moving northeast, away from land.
He became Tropical Storm Bret by Monday morning, but never went above 65 mph and never threatened land.
In the northeast Atlantic, he dissapated Friday afternoon
