This is the first time we have been to the former Georgia House and, before that, Chef Fred’s. Margaret had a bowl of French Onion Soup without cheese and found it very good (5.25). Lyd and I each had a cup of the Cream of Crab Soup (4.25) and found a nice rich soup. Margaret would have found it too thick. Lyd had a Crab Brushcetta (8.99) which she said was excellent. Margaret had the daily special of Petite Buttermilk Fried chicken (8.99) of a moist chicken breast. She had a side of sweet potato casserole. I had a lunch special of English Pub Fish and Chips (6.99). This excellent entrée comes with beach cut fries, but I substituted string fries and had a side of coleslaw. I would’ve liked to have had another piece of fish, but this appears to be the lunch portion. We were very pleased and will put Mr. Paul’s Legacy back into our lunch rotation.
