We're sailing to and from New Orleans, aboard the "Queen of the Mississippi" on our 2nd cruise with American Cruise Lines.
Lyd and I each had the Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops served with Corn Risotto, Bacon Cracklings and Roasted Tomato Oil. The main course for both of us was Pan Seared Native Grouper with Green-Pea Risotto, Braised Chard and Savory Tomato Jam. Lyd chose the Bourbon Pecan Pie for dessert and I had the Banana Foster Cheesecake.
