Leaving the Louvre, we walked to the Lock Bridge where we left our locks and threw the key into the Seine. We walked back downriver to the dock where we were to meet the boat that was to take us to Notre Dame. Once there, we learned the river was too high for our boat to dock at the cathedral, so we walked back past the lock bridge and onto the grounds of Notre Dame.
