We went to Wyomissing for the birthday weekend.
The boys opened the gifts from us at the beginning of September, so we're not taking anything with us this time except for food.
Kate requested a double order of bacon-wrapped dates, and an order of Tom's Nuts.
We also took the mirror and two panels that were purchased at the beginning of September.
Friday:
We dropped off Buddy at Weeping Willow and were on the road by 0915.
Following a stop at Chick-fil-A, we drove into the kids’ driveway at 1240, with Kate right behind us, having dropped off Dominic at pre-school.
We played with Leo until it was time for his nap.
Kate retrieved Dominic at 1530.
Sal grilled burgers and hotdogs for dinner and we played with the boys until bed time.
Saturday:
At 0626, it’s 54o in Wyomissing and 58 in Salisbury.
We played with the boys in the morning and Kate and Sal made a huge brunch.
The family started to arrive at 3 for the boys’ birthday party, which finished with pizza and ice cream cake.
Following the opening of gifts, the boys went up to bed and the adults played cards until 2200 when the rest of the family went home.
Saturday:
At 0617, it’s 44o in Wyomissing and 47 in Salisbury.
We were on the road at 0715 and pulled into our house, with Buddy, at 1045.
