Friday: We dropped off Buddy at the kennel and headed north.
We stopped at Chick-fil-A for a couple of chicken sandwiches and, following an uneventful drive, pulled into the kid’s driveway at 1300.
We got Leo up from his nap while Kate secured Dominic from school.
Both boys wanted to play with the iPads.
Kate made Ziti and Pepperoni for dinner, followed by Lyd’s Cheesecake. Lyd went up at 7 and I, a little after 8.
Saturday: Sal is in the basement on the treadmill.
Sal and the boys and I went out for bagels and did a little shopping at Russo’s Italian Market.
Following the bagels and cream cheese, we carved the pumpkin into a Jack-O-Lantern.
Following a lunch of deli sandwiches, Lyd and Kate went shopping.
An email from Linda reports Julia will be home for Christmas for 3 weeks.
We had planned on going out for dinner, but Kate and Sal decided on takeout instead, so they ordered from Smokey Bones.
Sunday: We had planned on slipping out quietly, but the whole family got up to see us off at 0730. The drive was uneventful and we took pictures for the Traffic Committee on the way to pick up Buddy. We were home before 1100.
