With a goal of enjoying the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival and the Christmas Holiday decorations, Lyd and I are making our first trip to Walt Disney World in November. We'll be at Bay Lake Tower (BLT) at the Contemporary Hotel.

Background
We were up just before the 0530 alarm. We left the house at 0630 for the short drive to Salisbury airport. Check-in and security were uneventful and we departed, on schedule, at 0740, arriving at 0812 in PHL. After a brief delay while the airline found someone to park the plane, we took the short walk to the shuttle bus to the "C" terminal. In the food court we found a Chick-fil-A. Lyd had a chicken biscuit and I had a sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit. They were OK. We walked out to gate B9. The plane was oversold, but we had no worries and boarded as soon as allowed. We left the gate at 0957, wheels up at 1022; not bad for PHL. We enjoyed a pair of Bloody Maries en route to MCO. We landed at 1212 and Chris Peters, from Mears Transportation was waiting for us. Our room, 7437, was ready and our bags, quickly delivered. This room is billed as Lake View, but I hardly think so as it is on the north side of the south wing with a view of the north wing. If you can’t see the Boat Parade, it’s not Lake View. We walked down to The Wave and had the Appetizer for two (18.99) of two fish tacos and two crab cakes. Lyd had a glass of Smith Hook Cabernet (12) and I had a pair of Pimm’s Punch (10.25@). We picked up some room libations and went up for brief naps. At 1730, we went to the 2nd floor of the Contemporary to the check-in desk for the California Grill.
