Background
At 0530, it's 39. As usual, we beat the alarm of 0530. We had coffee and tea and reset many of the clocks as it will be DST when we return. We left the house at 0615 for the brief drive to the airport. By 0700 we were checked in and through security. We were "wheels up" right on schedule, and aided by a landing on runway 35, early into PHL. We took the shuttle bus from terminal "F" to terminal "C". Though a cart had been arranged by SBY personnel, it was nowhere to be seen, so we walked out to gate C29, and were seated in the gate area at 0835. Moments before boarding we were chatting with a family also headed for WDW. I noticed the little girl wearing her Magic Band and realized ours were safe and sound on the desk at home. We departed PHL on AA1838 on 9L at 0942, only 12 minutes late, good for PHL. Linda was the flight attendant in First Class and was superb. Lyd enjoyed Dewars and Soda and I had Tito's Bloody Maries. We landed at MCO at 1146 of 18L. Whereas we were early, our gate was blocked and we had to wait a few minute before deplaning. Chris Peters from Mears Transportation was waiting for us, as expected and whisked us to Bay Lake Tower. Enroute, a text message informed us Room 7928 was ready and waiting. At the concierge desk, they quickly replaced our forgotten Magic Bands and we went straight to the room and unpacked. We walked down to The Wave Lounge. We stocked the room with bar supplies at Bayview Gifts and returned to the room for naps. We left the room at 1830 for the monorail ride over to the Grand Floridian and Citricos. Concluding this wonderful dinner, we took the monorail back to Bay Lake Tower, and bed.
