Background

We were seated right away and Katy was our server.
I had Maker's Mark Manhattans (10.50@) and Lyd had Tanqueray Martinis (9.75@).
I opted for the Steamed Mussels appetizer (14) in white wine, sorrel pistou, baby fennel, torn bread, watercress blooms for my entrée and Lyd had the Saltwater Prawn Pho (33) with mussels, calamari, Pad Thai noodles, broccolini, shitakes, red curry, and a broth poured over it, tableside.
For dessert, Lyd selected Wilderness Coffee (9.75) with Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlua and Chocolate and I went for the Chocolate Cremeux with Florida Citrus, Hibiscus, Meringue and matcha.
Being DVC members, 10% came off of the bill.
