Background

We each selected a pair of appetizers, as we wanted to eat lightly and shared a bottle of Fess Parker Riesling (39).
Lyd had the Florida Tomato Soup (11) with grilled cheese bites on brioche with a bacon, heirloom tomato and local microgreens salad, all in the soup; and Crispy Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes (16) with English cucumber, plum tomato slaw and sweet chili sauce.
I started with Togarashi-Pumpkin seed-crusted Ahi Tuna (15) with house-made kimchi, black sesame jasmine rice and sake-ginger-soy glaze; followed by the appetizer portion of their signature Cobb Salad (10) of finely chopped greens, turkey breast, bacon, egg, tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, avocado, chives and Cobb Dressing.
