We were seated, promptly, at our customary sushi counter seats. 
Janet was our server. 
I ordered a Maker's Mark Manhattan (11) while Lew had Scotch and Soda (8.25). 
We exchanged hellos with the kitchen cast until Leo, from Indonesia, a sushi chef, remembered us from previous visits. 
He produced a very nice Tuna Amuse Bouche. 
Lew ordered a California Combination Roll (24) of Jumbo Lump Crab, Avocado, Cucumber and Shrimp Tempura and I enjoyed Sashimi (24) of Yellowfin Tuna, Salmon, Octopus, and Hamachi. 
Leo's friend, Jorge, then presented us with a nice veggie amuse bouche.
