We were seated, as requested, at the sushi counter where we learned Leo was off for the evening and Jorge had returned to Miami.
Ryan, who has been at the CG for 17 years was our server, and Gary stopped by to discuss his hips.
Lew started with a Tanqueray Martini (10.25) and I had Maker's Mark Manhattan (11).
We intended to eat lightly, and, this time, we were successful.
Lew had a lobster roll (26) of Maine Lobster, avocado, crispy noodles, fireball and Yuzu
Truffle Sauce.
I had Crab Salad (18) with edamame puree, avocado, Yuzu Citrus gel, and Cherry Bomb Radish and the Spicy Kazan Roll (26) of Crab, Shrimp, Scallops, tuna and fireball sauce.
For dessert, we had glasses of Broadbent Port, and Vin de Constance (19@), and Fritters (13) of Florida Strawberries, Cinnamon Pistachios sugar-dusted fritters complemented with a trio of dipping sauces.
