We had decided to eat light and ordered 2 appetizers, each, and a bottle of wine.
It was not to happen.
Our server, Wade, his lady friend, Olivia, Guest Experiences Manager, Amber, and Sous Chef Bobby had other plans.
The first thing to arrive was a trio of poutines, each a full course on its own.
We enjoyed a bottle of Fess Parker Riesling (39).
I had the Cheese Soup (11), and Charcuterie (19) and Lew enjoyed the Crab Salad (17) and we split the Baked Triple-Cream Brie (14).
