Tom selected Irish Penny for Thursday's lunch. Elena was our server. Lew started with White Zin (5) and I had a Magner's Draft Cider (6) which, surprisingly, came over ice. We each had cups of the thick Potato Leek Soup (4.99). Lew selected the Turkey Turnover (11.99) of Slow-roasted fresh turkey breast, mixed vegetables, dried cranberries and brie cheese wrapped and baked in a puff pastry topped with house gravy. I selected the Build-a-burger (9), a half-pound of angus beef, built to order with Cashel blue cheese (.50), Sautéed onions (.50), & sautéed mushrooms (.50) and no bun. | |||||||||||||||
