Tom selected Specific Gravity for Thursday's lunch; greeted by Joseph King. Amber was our server. Lew started with Mondavi Cabernet (6), and, at Amberís suggestion, I had an EVO Exile Red (5). Lew selected a Spinach Calzone (10.50) and I built a large pizza (10) with mushrooms (1.25), Red Onions (1.25) and ground beef (2). We brought a lot home.
