Welsh <<< Brickstone’s >>> 2019
10/15/2019
Lew chose Brickstone’s for lunch where Tiffany was our server. Lew started with glasses of Washington State Riesling (7.80) and I had iced tea (2.99). I enjoyed a very rich Lobster Bisque (8.70) with 8 oz of Lobster meat. Lew had the Southwest Fried Chicken Salad (14.50) of selected greens, fire-roasted corn, black beans, pepper jack and cheddar cheese and tortilla strips tossed with chipotle ranch dressing and topped with Pico de Gallo an Southern fried chicken tenders. Traditionally, with a new restaurant, I had their Fish n Chips (15.50) of original Yuengling Lager battered, New England haddock filets with crispy shoestring fries and coleslaw. It also features an excellent tartar sauce, heavy on dill. We’ll return here, again.
