Tom has selected Masa for Thursday's lunch, and sat at the sushi counter, as is our habit. We started with a bottle of Chateau St. Michelle Riesling (30). We both ordered from the lunch menu. I selected Orange Chicken (10) with Miso Soup, dumplings, and an Eel Avocado Roll (1) instead of a California Roll, and Fried Rice (1). Lew picked General Tso’s Chicken (10) with a house salad, dumplings, California Roll and White Rice. The sushi chef presented us with an amuse bouche that was tasty though not identifiable.
