Tom has selected Spoonful Thai Bistro for Thursday's lunch out.
This is our first visit to a newly-opened restaurant in West Reading, on Penn Ave.
We were served by Julaluk (aka Julie), the chef and owner.
Following her recommendations, we started with a Crab Rangoon appetizer, which never made it to the bill.
With no wine list, Lyd had water, but I had a glass or Thai Iced Tea (4.50).
Again, following Julie’s recommendations, Lyd chose Cashew Nut Shrimp (16.95) and I had Ginger Beef (15.95).
We will return.
