Vernon, returning at 1230. At 1730, we'll depart Washington, back down the Potomac and across the bay to Cambridge. At 0620, it’s 52o, and we’re both feeling much better. I went down to breakfast, and Aurora had my corn-beef hash. Lyd went to Mt. Vernon and I relaxed in the room. She was back in time for lunch, with Aurora having the lunch shift off today. I had a grilled Chicken Caesar and she had the Flounder Sandwich. We relaxed in the afternoon and went down for cocktails at 1730, simultaneously with our departure from Washington, headed for Cambridge, MD. We both had the Lobster Bisque for dinner. I also tried the Pan-seared Tuna, but it had little taste, and finished with the Blueberry Compote Vol-au-Vent Lemon Chatilly Cream. We watched a little of the trivia competition on the lounge TV followed by a little of Robert portraying Elvis. At 2030 it’s 55o and we’ve opened the glass door and turned off the heat in the room.
