The Plan:
We'll dock in Cambridge around 0530.
We have a Skipjack Sailing Adventure in the afternoon from 1530 to 1730.
|
At 0600, it’s 56o at the mouth of the Choptank River and we’re about 2 hours behind schedule.
We had early risers’ coffee and tea in the deck 4 Sky Lounge and then went down to breakfast at 0730.
We finally docked in Cambridge, MD, at 0746.
Kyle finally got us booked into our next cruise, on Pearl Mist, next August, out of Toronto on the Great Lakes.
For lunch, we both had the BLT Pita.
I finished with chocolate mint ice cream and Lyd finished with Chocolate Peanut Butter Silk Pie.
Lyd decided the Skipjack was “too little” so we cancelled out of that.
Afternoon naps followed lunch.
At 1630, ACL had a representative teach the passengers how to pick crab and I quickly became her assistant.
We picked up drinks at the cocktail party and then went down to dinner.
We both had the wedding soup and then the short rib pasta which we’ll make at home.
I finished with Angel Food Berry Trifle.
At 2100, it’s 64oin Cambridge, MD.
We’re due to set sail for St. Michaels at 0300.
