We have no plans for St. Michaels. At 0615, it’s 55o in the Chesapeake Bay, headed for St. Michaels, MD, expecting rain. With the water dockside too shallow, we anchored off the town and used the tender to ferry passengers ashore for excursions. We had none scheduled and went down for a breakfast of Country Benedict for Lyd and Corned Beef Hash for me. After a morning of relaxation, we went back down for lunch of a corned beef reuben sandwich for me and a beef tenderloin sandwich for Lyd. I finished with caramel apple pie. The tender had engine problems and didn’t make its last run until after dark. Prior to evening cocktails, the crew held a reception honoring veterans. We then went down to dinner, where I started with New England Clam Chowder and we both selected the Garlic Lemon Drum, and I finished with turtle cheesecake. At 2050, it’s 46o in St. Michaels, MD. We’re leaving for Annapolis around 0400.
