The Plan:
SKDL will go to a water park today.
Lyd and I will have lunch at the Wave Lounge (which is what we call Steakhouse 71 Lounge)
Dinner is in the Sommelier Room at Citricos at 1800.

ROUGH DRAFT
At 0625, it’s 75 on the shores of Bay Lake on my 78th birthday. At 0900, SKDL left for Typhoon Lagoon. Lyd and I remained in the room with no plans of any kind. SKDL returned about 1500 and Kate took a brief nap. At 1700, we took the monorail over to the Grand Floridian and our dining experience in the Sommelier Room of Citricos. Nadim was, again, our server, and we were also served by Andre Mendoza, the Chef de Cuisine. Kate had a totally different vegetarian menu. We learned about Chef’s Garden, in Ohio. It was close to 10 when we left Citricos for the monorail back to Bay Lake Tower where everyone retired for the evening.
