Salisbury Area Restaurants
This page reflects our relationships with restaurants on the Eastern Shore of Delmarva. Some are lunches for the two of us. In 2010, most were family dinners for the five of us: Lyd, Margaret, Victor, Elaine, and Tom. We took turns choosing and hosting. First, it was Margaret's choice, then Victor and Elaine and finally, us. Then we started over. We started doing this on Fridays, but found the crowds too big, so we switched to Thursdays. When Victor and Elaine travel, Margaret chooses a Tuesday night spot and we choose one for Thursday. 2011: During Margaret's illness; April through June; we suspended meals out. When we resumed in June, it was just the three of us as Victor's less able to get around. In early November, with the change of the clocks off of daylight saving time, we changed our Tuesday & Thursday dinners to lunches so as not to be getting Margaret home after dark. We'd thought we would switch back to dinner in March of 2012, when we return to Daylight Savings Time, but the lunches are working well. In May, 2019, we moved to Wyomissing, PA.
