We're sailing to and from New Orleans, aboard the "Queen of the Mississippi" on our 2nd cruise with American Cruise Lines.
Chef Eric, along with a staff of 7 other executive chefs prepared the food for this culinary cruise. Daily, the galley prepares 3 meals for the crew, 3 for the passengers and hors d' hoevres for the cocktail hour. An entire meal, served from this catering galley, takes about 30 minutes from first order to last table served, including dessert. When a server brings in a tab;e order, it is trayed and ready for pickup in 30 seconds.
