| At 0602, it’s 51 with a low overcast enroute to 
Kake, Alaska. 
Following breakfast, there was a reception in the Chesapeake Lounge to discuss ACL and Eagle Society Cruises. 
Somebody thought they saw a whale, and that ended that. 
We did end up with a nice blanket for napping on the living room sofa. 
We docked at Kake during a lunch of Oregon Mushroom, Caramelized Onion & Goat Cheese Strudel. 
Lyd had Deviled Crab and I had the Roasted Chicken Summer Salad. 
Using another passenger’s hot spot, I was able to download almost 150 emails for processing. 
There was a walking tour of Kake that we skipped. 
Cocktails were at 1730. 
Dinner was Shaved Celery & Watermelon Salad for Lyd and Roast Pork Belly for me. 
This was followed by Pan Seared Sturgeon. 
In the evening, I attended the Bingo night, but didn’t win. |
