With a goal of enjoying the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival and the Christmas Holiday decorations, Lyd and I are making our first trip to Walt Disney World in November. We'll be at Bay Lake Tower (BLT) at the Contemporary Hotel.

Background
The restaurant was crowded with lots of children and we had a short wait for our table. I opened with a Maker’s Mark Manhattan (10) and we split a bottle of A to Z Riesling (45). Lyd had a Slow-Poached and Chilled Shrimp Appetizer (16) with citrus remoulade. I had the Aunt Debby’s Lovely Romaine Salad (11) of torn tender leaves of romaine, marinated half-dried tomatoes, shaved Pecorino Romano, Garlicky Focaccia Croutons and Creamy Caesar Dressing. We both moved on to the Two-Pound Steamed Maine Lobster (69) served on (not in) the shell with Fallen Corn Souffle with malted popcorn sauce and broccolini. Lori, a server we had in the past stopped by to visit, insisting she remembered us. She will have seen a lot of diners in her 27 years at Narcoossee’s. We added her to the Pixie Dust List.
