2015-02-11: We amended the Pinehurst parking restriction recommendation to include permit parking.
We examined the congestion at Smith St and South Blvd and at Smith Street and College.
Traffic count data and existing restrictions do not suggest any additional action.
We also discussed the corner of Eastern Shore Drive and College and a question about creating a 2nd thru-lane for southbound traffic.
Public Works staff do not favor the recommendation.

2015-01-28: An email was sent to the members of the committee soliciting availability and agenda items.
