We were seated, immediately, at our normal seats at the bar where Lorna was presiding. We had a lovely citrusy Amuse Bouche. Lyd enjoyed Dewars and Soda (8@) while I had Skye and tonic (7.25@). We split an order of the Calamari and Shrimp (16) with an Asian dipping sauce. Lyd had the Idaho Potato-Wrapped Red Snapper (40) with creamy leek fondue, veal glace de Viande-Red Wine-Cassis Butter, and I had the Chef’s Special Thunder from the Sea … Pan-roasted Florida Keys Stone Bass (36) with Asian greens, velvet pioppini mushrooms, asparagus, pearl onions, sea beans, and herb-caper vinaigrette.
