At 0639, it’s 81. We left the room a little after 8 headed for EPCOT. The monorails are down, so we took a series of busses from BLT to the Ticket and Transportation Center and then on to EPCOT. We passed a load of people waiting for the 0900 opening and, being resort guests, entered the park at 0845. We went straight to Spaceship Earth and walked right on. From there, we walked over to the Land and went through The Circle of Life Environmental Show. From there, it was on to Soarin’, which Sal skipped. Again, our Fast Passes took us past a 75 minute line and into the ride. Sal had muffins waiting when we came out and we then walked over to Journey into Imagination. Again, the magical fast passes proved invaluable. We walked out to World Showcase and Kate secured us an early seating at San Angel Inn. SKDL headed for Innovations to meet up with the Martins for pictures and Lyd and I headed back to the room. With the monorails still down, it was a pair of busses to get back. I printed tomorrow’s boarding passes and Lyd and I took naps, awaking to find the rest of the family at the pool. A clap of thunder and a sudden downpour sent them back upstairs as well and the boys into baths. I sat out on the balcony and enjoyed the rain. A return of one of the large ferry boats correctly signaled that the monorails were, again, operational. At 1830, we left the room for the California Grill. By 8:40, we were finished and headed back to the room. There, we found both boys already down for the night. We turned in at 2150.
