Thursday:
At 2245, SKDL arrived after an uneventful drive down.
The boys went straight up to bed, where they are sharing the sofa bed in the backroom for the first time.
Sal and Kate snacked on egg rolls.
We all went up just before midnight.
Friday:
First, Dominic and then Kate and Leo soon came down and boys had some “iPad time.”
They then moved to the loft for some play time, while Sal set up in the dining room for some work time.
I made March ADR’s at Chef de France and Artist Point as Flying Fish is closed for renovations from February through September. Lyd, Kate and the boys went for a walk on the SU campus. We went to lunch at
Plaza Tapatia, enjoyed by all and Lyd and Kate went to Vernon Powell for Kate’s birthday shopping spree.
Sal introduced Dominic to Harry Potter, book 1.
Spike, our new Halloween Dog was delivered and I made Kung Pao Pork to go with Lyd’s
General Tso’s Sugar Snap Peas. Lyd met Bill’s plane at 2000 which was 30 minutes late.
In the evening, following the boys’ bedtime, Sal, Kate and I watched Narnia 3, Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
At 2225, it’s 77.

We returned to a lunch of deli sandwiches.

Margaret and Bill joined us at 1630 for cocktails and crab dip, followed by a dinner of Lamb Albondiga with assorted desserts.
In the evening, Sal, Kate, and I watched Star Wars IV.
Afterwards, I watched a portion of the Texas State at FSU football game, won by the ‘Noles 59-16.
At 2350, it’s 63.

Sunday:
Following breakfast, Sal and the boys went out in the driveway to burn off some energy and train for tomorrow’s Labor Day runs that each has in Wyomissing.
The ADR system is still not accepting reservations for Victoria and Albert’s, so I have emailed Viviana for March 4.
Also, nine Dragons is not open for lunch, so I have selected Rose and Crown in its place.
Bill called to report neither Victor nor Elaine will attend today’s luncheon.
I printed his boarding passes for tomorrow’s flights.
Vic and Jean joined the rest of us at Goin’ Nuts at 1130 where we had a nice luncheon.
Margaret was too tired, so Bill came over without her for dinner.
We had shrimp jambalaya and more of the weekend desserts.
SKDL left a little after 1900 and Bill visited with us until 2045 when Margaret called, asking us to send him home.
