Welsh <<< Buster's Seafood Bar and Grill >>> 2016
1/28/2016
Tom chose Buster's Seafood Bar and Grill for Thursday's lunch for our first visit. Candace was our server and we were the first to arrive for lunch. The décor is Eastern Shore with a lot of shore scenery. Both booths and tables are available. Lyd had a Coors Light (4.95) and I enjoyed a Sam Adams Winter Draft (5.50). We shared an order of Crab Balls (11.95) of four ping-pong sized balls of blue crab with very little filler and gently fried. Lyd tried a cup of Seafood Chowder (4.95) which was rich and creamy and I had the Maryland Crab Soup (4.95), nicely seasoned and very tasty. For her entrée, Lyd chose fried oysters (15.95) with sides of cole slaw and a very tasty "wet" corn bread. My entrée was the chef special of fried catfish (13.95) of a sizeable portion of catfish with sides of cole slaw and potato salad. By the time we'd finished, two other tables were also occupied. With good food, good service and reasonable prices, we will surely add Buster's to our lunch rotation.
