At 0545, it's 50 at Pier 36 in NYC.
At 0700 we went down for a larger than normal breakfast, not expecting lunch.
A little after 8, in a light rain, we departed the pier with passengers from American Star and Independence as well as American Glory for the van ride to Penn Station.
We menu planned for the week while awaiting our 1105 train.
At 1050, we had enlisted the services of Red Cap Lenny helped us board before general boarding.
At 1112, only 7 minutes late, we left NYC, under the Hudson River and into New Jersey.
Just after 1400, we pulled into the BWI Amtrak Station and secured the car.
The Navigator suggested Ritchie Highway and we took the route, which was a big mistake as it was traffic light after traffic light.
The bypass around Salisbury was also a mess, so by the time we had secured Buddy, it was 1730 when we got home from a wonderful trip.
