The Plan: Rope Drop at EPCOT is at 0800.
First we'll go stand by at Soarin and The Land and the use our FastPass at 0935 for Pixar.
We'll do stand by at Canada for the new movie.
Lunch is at noon at the Rose and Crown and we'll try the new movie at France.
After R&R, dinner is upstairs at Top of the World.
At 0500, it’s 72o.
We left the room and took the pair of monorails over to EPCOT in time for the 0800 rope-drop.
With much of Future World barricaded and bulldozed, we went directly to Soarin’ and entered with little delay.
We then enjoyed Living with the Land before going upstairs and taking in, for the first time, Awesome Planet.
After visiting the butterfly house, we attempted to do Imagination, but Figment had “made a mess of the place” and it wasn’t open.
We went, instead, to the Pixar shorts, using our Fast Pass and enjoyed “Get A Horse”, “Piper”, and “Feast”, which we had seen before.
We headed in search of a visor for Lyd as she has misplaced the one she brought into the park.
Mouse Gear didn’t have anything.
We went out to France and saw the new Beauty and the Beast Sing-along, but it wasn’t very good.
We reported to the Rose and Crown a few minutes before our noon reservation.
Following lunch, we elected to return to the room for R&R.
Todd, of Contemporary Management, called to check on my well-being.
At 1745, we headed for the monorail and our return to the Grand Floridian and drinks with Mark Evans.
At 2100, it’s 80 and we closed up after a very brief rain shower.
