Bread Pudding  
This is Margaret Engle's recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 loaf apple-cinnamon raisin crumb bread, crusts removed
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 ounce brandy
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2.5 cups ½ n ½
Butter
Procedures:
Beat the eggs.
Add sugar and spices.
Add ½ n ½. and mix.
Add brandy
Add butter and bread.
Cut into quarters and push into milk mixture.
Bake at 325o for ~45 minutes.
Notes:
2023-09-03: Lyd cut the sugar from 1.5 cups to 3/4 cup.
2021-04-03: For Easter-Eve dinner.
