Lemon Pound Cake |

Ingredients: |
1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1 small box instant lemon pudding - 3.4 ounces
4 eggs at room temp
1/4 cup oil
1 cup water :: can substitute 1/4 - 1/2 cup lemonade for part of the water

Procedures: |
Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix eggs, oil, water together.
Pour liquids into dry ingredients.
Blend until mixture is smooth.
Pour into either 2 loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan.
Bake at 350o until done (~65 minutes).
Check for finished using toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean

Notes: |
2023-05-27: Lyd used 1 meatloaf pan and did do 1/2 water and 1/2 lemonaide. Baked a total of 65 minutes.
