Frozen Lemonade Pie |

Makes enough for 2 pies, or 12 mini-pies |
|
Ingredients: |
8 oz. cream cheese room temperature
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 can pink lemonade concentrate
1 teaspoon lemon zest
8 oz. tub Cool Whip
1 lemon sliced (optional)
2 Graham Cracker Crusts OR 12 Graham Cracker Mini-crusts

Procedures: |
Mix all ingredients together and pour the filling into the pie crust.
Freeze for 4-6 hours. Chill until ready to serve or serve from frozen.
Garnish with sliced lemon.

Notes: |
2025-06-18: This made enough filling for 2 crusts. We froze the remaining filling and will search out mini-shells. We need to add a teaspoon of lemon zest.
