BROWNIES  
Lyd pulled this, originally, from Joy of Cooking.
Ingredients:
4 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 large eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
Procedures:
Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
Line a 13 x 9 pan with parchment paper and grease the paper.
In a saucepan, under very low heat, melt the chocolate and butter.
Beat the eggs.
Cool the chocolate completely and then add the sugar, vanilla, eggs, flour and walnuts.
Spread into a pan and bake at 350o for 23-28 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.

This is scheduled for a baking session 2010-12-16.
