Russian Tea Cookies |

Ingredients: |
2 sticks butter
2 cup Confectioner's 10X Sugar, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla
2.25 cups sifted flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Procedures: |
Cream the butter and 1 cup of the 10X sugar.
Add vanilla, flour, salt and mix well.
Add nuts and mix well.
Form into dime-sized balls and flatten. Put on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400o for 12-15 minutes.
Cool
Bag and toss in Confectionary 10X sugar.

2023-12-21: Smaller. 94 on 2 trays at 400 for 17 minutes.
2019-12-18: Too big! They need to be made smaller so they can rise and grow a bit.
