Caesar Dressing |

This was derived from a copycat of the Red Lobster Caesar Dressing |
|
| Ingredients: |
1/4 cup bottled Salad Dressing (We use Good Seasons).
1 Tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon anchovy paste

| Procedures: |

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

2023-12-24: For Romaine Splits on Christmas Eve.
2023-08-27: Made for a pair of Romaine Splits.
2023-05-15: with no Good Season Italian, we made a double batch using Ken’s Vidalia Onion dressing and omitting the sugar. For the Payne’s visit.
2023-03-24: With less than 1/4 cup of Good Seasons available, I made about 2/3 of a batch.
