BRATS AND KRAUT  
Pre-notes:
   
Ingredients:
2 Brats
1 pack Sauerkraut
1 dark beer [I prefer New Castle Ale]
2 Hot dog buns [optional].
Procedures:
Heat the beer in a saucepan.
Simmer the brats and kraut for 10 minutes.
Put the brat in the bun, and cover with kraut and mustard.
