MICKEY'S BREAKFAST PIZZA |

| Chef Mickey's Breakfast Pizza is from Chef Mickey's
in the Contemporary Resort at Walt
Disney World. |

| Ingredients: |
12 inch prepared pizza crust
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup of provolone
1 cup of shredded cheddar
2 eggs
1 onion,chopped
1 hot sausage, cooked
1 sweet sausage, cooked
1/4 cup cream

| Procedures: |
Saute sausages and onion
Place 12" pizza crust on baking sheet.
Combine mozzarella, provolone & cheddar.
In a another bowl combine eggs with cream
Stir cheese mixture into egg mixture.
Add s and p
Pour over pizza shell; Egg first, then sausage and onions.
Bake at 425o for 10 to 12 min, till eggs are set and cheese is beginning to brown.
Cut into wedges
