Breakfast Sausage Casserole BreakfastCasserole-20120603
Frequently served as the main dish for the Laws' Family Breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 lb Bulk Sausage (not hot)
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 slices bread, cubed
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Procedures:
Brown sausage, breaking it up as it browns. Drain well. Put bread cubes in bottom of a greased 8x11" pyrex casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top; then sprinkle drained sausage on top. Beat eggs, milk and seasoning together. Pour over ingredients in casserole.
Cover with foil and leave in refridgerator over night.
Bake uncovered 45 minutes in a 350o oven.
