Breakfast Veggie Casserole |

Ingredients: |
1 Green Squash
1 yellow squash
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 Teaspoon Better-Than-Boullion Chicken

6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
4 slices bread, cubed
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Procedures: |
Cook veggies in butter and BTB.
Put bread cubes in bottom of a greased 8" x 11" pyrex casserole.
Add veggies.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Beat eggs, milk and seasoning together.
Pour over ingredients in casserole.
Cover with foil and leave in refridgerator over night.
Bake uncovered 45 minutes in a 350o oven.
