GLAZED CANADIAN BACON

| Ingredients: |
1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
2 T Grated Orange Rind
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
12 Slices Canadian Bacon

| Procedures: |
Combine the 1st 4 ingredients to form a glaze.
Brush the slices with the glaze.
Broil bacon.
Turn over, brush and broil.
