Spicy Roasted Chicken Legs

Ingredients:
2 sticks butter
juice of 2-3 lemons
1/2 teapoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teapoon cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic
24 whole chicken legs
Procedures:
Preheat the oven to 450o. Line baking sheets with foil.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, cayenne and garlic and stir. Set Aside.
Rinse and pat the chicken legs dru. With tongs, dip them, one-by-one, into the butter mixture and place on the baking sheets.
Once all of the legs are coated and on the baking sheet, take a pastry brush and give them one last coating ot the butter mixture.
Roast for 30-35 minutes, basting a couple of times (broil for color, if needed)
Remove when golden brown and fully cooked.
Notes:
2021-05-12: The first attempt with 10 legs went well, though they needed much more than the 30 minutes specified. Not particularly spicy, the seasoning needs work.
