Ingredients: |
Roaster Chicken
Salt
1 lemon
1 teaspoon thyme
butter

Procedures: |
The day before: Season inside and out with 1.5 t salt each.
Refrigerate uncovered for 12 to 24 hours.
To roast:
Pierce 1 whole lemon.
Place in cavity with 1 t thyme.
Rub butter over outside.
Let stand out 30 min before roasting.
Roast at 450o for 35 min. And reduce to 350o for 35 min.
Stand 10 min before carving.
